		<description>Andrea, the color turquoise is thought to be a &quot;universal&quot; color.  So in short &quot;yes&quot;, turquoise is a good color on everyone.  BUT, I must counter that as a color analyst by saying that you should also take into account how bright or soft the color is on you. Some people have a very &quot;soft&quot; appearance and therefore a &quot;bright&quot; electric turquoise would not be the best shade for them.  I&#039;d put them in a &quot;softer&quot; version.</description>
