So in short "yes", turquoise is a good color on everyone. BUT, I must counter that as a color analyst by saying that you should also take into account how bright or soft the color is on you. Some people have a very "soft" appearance and therefore a "bright" electric turquoise would not be the best shade for them. I'd put them in a "softer" version.
